Usage
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Consult an expert before use during (pre-) pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or medication use (e.g., anticoagulants). High doses of magnesium can cause stomach upset; reducing or dividing the dose throughout the day can help. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age. Suitable for vegetarians.
