Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Magnesium (Citrate & Oxide), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Iron Citrate, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Polydextrose, Calcium Carbonate, Color: Iron Oxide), Zinc Citrate, Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopheryl Acid Succinate), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol),, Chromium Chloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Copper Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Folic Acid (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate), Selenium (Sodium Selenite), Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate, Biotin.

Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Before using a vitamin K2 supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking it at the same time as coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

This product contains iron, which may be harmful to young children in high doses.
