Usage
Children 4-10 years: chew 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Children 11 years and older: Chew 2 tablets daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

use during pregnancy/risk of pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
