Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium (oxide & citrate), cellulose, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), Rhodiola Rosea extract, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Tablet coating (glazing agents: calcium carbonate & isomalt), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: iron oxide), Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid and magnesium stearate), crosslinked cellulose gum, niacin (nicotinamide), taurine, zinc citrate, iron (ferrous fumarate), Korean (panax) ginseng extract, thiamine mononitrate, coenzyme Q10, para-aminobenzoic acid, choline bitartrate, inositol, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol), riboflavin, vitamin D3, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), selenium (l-selenomethionine & sodium selenite), chromium picolinate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, folic acid, vitamin K1, potassium iodide, biotin.

Usage
Take 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with lunch or dinner.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.

Magnesium can have a laxative effect.
