Usage
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with lunch or dinner. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a physician if using anticoagulant medication simultaneously. Do not use before surgery. Do not use in combination with antidepressants and sleeping pills. This product contains iron, which can be harmful to small children in high intake. Magnesium can have a laxative effect. Suitable for vegetarians.
