Calcium carbonate, Bulking agent (Cellulose), Magnesium oxide, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Iron (Ferrous fumarate), Zinc citrate, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon Dioxide & Stearic Acid), Tablet Coating (Glazing Agents: Calcium Carbonate, Isomalt & Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour: Iron Oxides), Vitamin E (dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Riboflavin, Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Inositol, Choline Bitartrate, Copper Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Vitamin K1 (Phylloquinone), Chromium Picolinate, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Folic Acid, Biotin, Selenium (Sodium Selenite), Potassium Iodide.

Usage
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably taken with a meal. Do not
use with coumarin derivatives, such as acenocoumarol and
fenprocoumon due to interaction. This dietary supplement is
not suitable for children under 17 years of age.

This product contains iron, which may be harmful to young children in high doses.

Suitable for vegetarians.
