Ingredients
Magnesium Citrate, Maltodextrin, Bulking Agents (Cellulose & Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerol), Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum).

Instructions for use
Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

The use of more than 250mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect.

Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of young children.
