Ingredients L-Histidine HCl, Capsule (Gelatin), Anti-caking agent (Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Silicon dioxide.
Usage Take 1 to 6 capsules daily with water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. An amino acid is best taken half an hour before a meal or at bedtime.
