Ingredients
Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Salts of fatty acids), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Chromium Picolinate.

Instructions for use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
