Ingredients Bulking Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Griffonia Seed Extract (Griffonia simplicifolia = California Poppy), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Vegan Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).
Usage Take up to 3 tablets daily, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Start with one tablet and increase if necessary, unless otherwise advised.
5-HTP is best used for periods of up to 3 months.
Do not use during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
