The active ingredient in Curcuma is curcumin, which is found in the root of the plant. It can be safely used alongside products such as Glucosamine Sulphate and Fish Oil, as well as a Multivitamin and Mineral product.

Naturally mottled tablet, colour variation is possible.

Composition

Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet:
Curcuma herb (as 500mg Turmeric Root Extract) contains 95% curcuminoids	20.000 mg

Ingredients
Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma), Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Stearic Acid.

Usage
Men 18+: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Women 50+: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Do not use before or during pregnancy, or if breastfeeding.
Not suitable for women under 50 years of age (fertile age).
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if using medication simultaneously.
Do not use in case of bile duct disorders. For short-term use only.
Not recommended for children under 18 years of age.

Storage instructions
