Fructo-oligosaccharides, Cranberry Concentrate (Vaccinium macrocarpon L.), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid).

Directions for Use
Adults: take 5 to 10 grams daily, unless otherwise advised. Take with cold water or fruit juice (dissolve powder and mix well). The powder can be taken safely for long periods if desired, but can also be used intermittently when preferred. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Contains desiccant disc.
