Sunflower Seed Oil, Capsule (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent Carrageenan, Colour: Iron Oxide), Coenzyme Q10, Glyceryl Monostearate

Usage
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Presented in a vegetable oil base for better absorption. This is recommended by one of the researchers who discovered Q10.
