Ingredients Bromelain, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).
Usage When used in combination with glucosamine or turmeric, take 3 tablets per day (1 between each meal) for one week.
Then as maintenance, 1 tablet per day for 3-6 months*.
When used in combination with a digestive supplement, take 1 tablet before each (larger) meal, up to a maximum of 3 tablets per day*.
