L-Lysine HCl, Bulking agents (Dicalcium Phosphate & Cellulose), Iron (Bisglycinate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Glazing agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).
Use
Take 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Use only water or fruit juice to swallow the tablets. Do not use milk or other protein drinks. For best results: swallow tablet whole, ½ to 1 hour before a meal or on an empty stomach. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
