Usage
Take one tablet daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take with a meal.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Before using a vitamin K2 supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking it at the same time as coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).
This product contains iron which may be harmful to young children if consumed in excess.
