The La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Anti-Pigment Spot Serum is an intensely concentrated, high-performance facial serum that helps prevent the recurrence of even the most stubborn pigment spots. The formula is enriched with our new, revolutionary patented active ingredient, Melasyl, which removes excess melanin before it damages the skin. The serum corrects pigment spots and brightens the skin simultaneously. It also contains 10% niacinamide to soothe the skin and strengthen the skin barrier, and La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water, which naturally hydrates and softens.
