La Roche-Posay Kerium DS anti-dandruff shampoo combats persistent flakes and itching with a micro-exfoliating effect on the scalp. LHA, piroctone olamine, and niacinamide (vitamin PP) remove flakes for a long time and have a soothing effect on the scalp.

Usage
Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage gently; leave on for two minutes and rinse with plenty of water; Use as a treatment, twice a week for four weeks.
