La Roche-Posay Effaclar AZ Gel-Crème is a daily moisturizing treatment for blemishes, pigment spots, and wrinkles. Specially formulated for acne-prone skin in adults, this gel-cream reduces recurring blemishes in just 7 days. The formula, containing azelaic acid, salicylic acid, and hyaluronic acid, not only helps reduce blemishes but also tackles signs of aging, including wrinkles, daily.
