John van G Soft Touch Eyeliner No. 95 is a steel gray eyeliner in a pencil form. Its soft consistency ensures quick and easy color application. This eyeliner is highly pigmented and offers high coverage. It blends easily and blends easily immediately after application, but is smudge-proof and waterproof once dry.

Usage
You can sharpen this pencil with a pencil sharpener. Immediately after application, you can smudge and blend the eyeliner if desired. Once dry, the eyeliner is smudge- and waterproof.
