Usage
Preparation method. 6 tbsp wheat porridge • 200 ml (plant-based) milk. Pan: heat the milk in a pan until it almost boils. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the wheat porridge and stir well. Microwave: Mix the wheat porridge with milk in a bowl. Place in the microwave for 60 seconds at 800 W. Stir well. Add cinnamon, fruit, and/or honey to taste.
