Usage For internal use: 1 teaspoon dissolved in 25 ml of water 3 times a day.
For external use: Soak cotton wool with Small Swedish Herbal Bitter and apply it to the area to be treated. Cover with plastic wrap, wrap it in a bandage or cloth, and let it sit for about 4 hours.
