Usage
Preparation: Pour the contents of the Swedish Herbs from this package into a 2-liter bottle with 1.5 liters of gin containing at least 38% alcohol by volume. Let it steep, preferably in the sun or warmth. Shake this mixture several times a day for 14 days. Then, strain the small Swedish Herbal Bitter through a piece of cotton wool and pour it into small bottles. Store the small Swedish Herbal Bitter in a dark place at room temperature.
Recommended use, after preparing the small Swedish herbal bitter:
Internal use: Adults (18 years and older): 1 teaspoon (5 ml) diluted in 25 ml of water, 3 times a day. Children 12 years and older: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) diluted in 100 ml of water, 2 times a day.
External use: Soak cotton wool with small Swedish bitters. Place this on the area to be treated. Cover with plastic wrap. Wrap it in a bandage or cloth and let it sit for approximately four hours. To prevent skin irritation, apply Jacob Hooy's Marigold Ointment beforehand.
Not suitable for persons under 12 years of age.
