Ingredients
Elderflower (Sambucus nigra), Small/Large Nettle Leaf (Urtica urens/Urtica dioica), Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis), Chicory Root (Cichorium intybus), Grass Root (Agropyron repens), Mexican Sarsaparilla Root (Smilax aristolochiifolia), Greater Plantain Herb (Plantago major), Anise Seed (Pimpinella anisum), Common Fumitory Herb (Fumaria officinalis).
Usage
2 tablespoons of tea leaves per half liter of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
May be sweetened.
