Ingredients
Star anise (illicium verum), anise seed (pimpinella anisum), licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra), spearmint (mentha spicata), malva leaf (folia malvae), meadowsweet (filipendula ulmaria), juniper berry (juniperus communis).
Usage
2 to 4 grams per cup of boiling water, let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. You can drink several cups a day. Sweeten, preferably with honey.
Contains licorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use. Do not use during pregnancy.

Store in a dry, dark and cool place.
