Usage
To prepare as an herbal tea: Place 1 teaspoon of chopped leaves in a teacup and pour hot water over it.
Then let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink a maximum of 1 cup per day, preferably in the evening.

Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, menstruation and in case of gastrointestinal disorders.
Not suitable for children under 12 years and keep out of reach of young children.
Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days.
