Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cloves, Ginger, Cumin Seed, Mace, Cardamom, Anise Seed, Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper, Coriander Seed.
Usage
We like to use it in combination with chicken.
Or how about ras el hanout as the base for a spicy dressing? Also delicious: spread a pinch of olive oil on a small bowl and dip your bread in it.
But it also tastes delicious with a nice piece of meat in a sauce like yogurt or mayonnaise. Or make Moroccan kefta (lamb meatballs) with egg, yum!
