Psyllium seed fibre powder (Plantago ovata).
Usage
Mix 2 teaspoons (5 g) with water, fruit juice, smoothie, or yogurt. Consume immediately after mixing, as it will immediately absorb moisture and form a gel. Drink a large glass of water immediately after taking it. Drink 2 liters of water/juice/tea/coffee throughout the day.
Do not take at the same time as medication (at least 2 hours after taking the medication).
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
