Psyllium husk powder (Plantago ovata).

Instructions for use
Mix 2 teaspoons (5 g) with water, fruit juice, smoothie or yoghurt. Consume immediately after mixing as it absorbs moisture quickly and will form a gel. Drink a large glass of water immediately after consumption. Drink 2 litres of water/juice/tea or coffee throughout the day. Do not take simultaneously with medicines (at least 2 hours after taking medication). Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
