    Muira puama lignum cut

    Usage
    Simmer 1 to 2 tablespoons of Muira Puama in half a liter of water for 15 minutes and drink 2 cups daily. Macerate: Add 30 grams to an alcoholic liqueur, let steep for 2 weeks, filter, and drink a small glass at a time.
