Anise seed, mallow leaf, large plantain, marshmallow leaf, thyme, sage, Irish moss, wild violet, candlewort, peppermint bath, chamomile
Usage
1-2 tablespoons per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes. 3-6 cups per day. May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
