Ingredients Calamus root
Usage To be prepared as a tea. 2 tablespoons of herbs per half liter of boiling water. Let steep for 30 minutes as a tea. Stir regularly. Drink one cup, hot or cold, three times a day. Sweetening is permitted.
Save Store in a dry, dark and cool place.
