Ingredients
Birch leaf (Betula pendula), Senna leaf (Cassia angustifolia), Senne pods (Cassia angustifolia), Juniper berry (Junperus communis), Seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus), Anise seed (Pimpinella anisum), Licorice (Glcyrrhiza glabra), Rhamnus bark (Rhamnus frangula), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra)
Usage
Pour 1 teaspoon of herbs into 150 ml of hot water. Let steep covered for 10 minutes, then strain. You can drink 1 to 2 cups daily, preferably in the evening.
Warning: Not suitable for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with gastrointestinal conditions. Do not use for more than 14 consecutive days. Contains licorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
