Rhamnus bark, blessed thistle, wormwood, centaury, gentian root, bitter orange peel, marshmallow leaf, coltsfoot, calamus root, licorice, elecampane root, hyssop, mallow leaf, plantain, poppies
Usage
Pour boiling water over the mixture (one tablespoon per cup) and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink warm or cooled, sip by sip, three times a day.
