Apple pieces (18%), rosehip, hibiscus (15%), maté (15%), Chinese raspberry leaf (12%), lemongrass, lemon balm (8%), natural flavouring (4%).
Usage
To prepare as a tea: Steep one teaspoon of tea in hot water (approx. 90°C) for 5–7 minutes. For best results, drink 2–3 cups daily.

Maté naturally contains caffeine.
Store in a dry, dark and cool place.
