Usage Pour 1 cup of cold water over 1 teaspoon of chicory root. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Strain the tea and drink 2 to 3 cups throughout the day. You can also make a tea blend with peppermint for flavor.
Save Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
