Ingredients
Aniseed, mallow leaf, large plantain, marshmallow leaf, thyme, sage, Irish moss, wild violet, candlewort, peppermint bath, chamomile.
Usage
1-2 tablespoons per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes. 3-6 cups per day.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.

Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
