Ingredients
Bearberry leaf (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), late/Canadian goldenrod herb (Solidago gigantea/Solidago canadensis), meadowsweet flower (Spiraea ulmaria), lovage root (Levisticum officinale), juniper berry (Juniperus communis).
Usage
2 tablespoons per half liter of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes and then strain. You can drink several cups of this. May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
