Usage
1 serving = 30 g powder (4 scoops) to be diluted in 220 ml water or milk as desired (for a small extra protein supply of 7.5 g / 220 ml and a creamier recipe).
Directions: Isostar nutritionists recommend using Isostar Whey Protein 30 minutes and 3 hours after exercise, during the recovery phase.
