Usage
For optimal recovery, take 1 to 3 servings (0.8 - 1.5 g/kg body weight) of Isostar Whey Protein as soon as possible and no later than 3 hours after finishing your exercise, as a supplement to a varied diet.Preparation of one serving: dissolve 4 scoops of powder (= 30 g) in 220 ml of cold water or milk.
