Claims
Fodmix contains the Alpha-galactosidase enzyme which helps with the digestion of complex carbohydrates, such as fructans and galactans. These are found in grains, vegetables and legumes, and it reduces the risk of gas formation*. Fodmix contains the lactase enzyme, which helps with the digestion of lactose in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose.*Health claim awaiting European approval.

Ingredients
Alpha galactosidase (1200u), xylose isomerase (7500u), capsule: stabilizer (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), lactase (10,000 FCC), bulking agent (calcium carbonate), invertase (500u).
Usage
Take 1-3 capsules immediately before, or with the first bite of a meal containing complex carbohydrates and/or lactose. Do not exceed a maximum of 15 capsules per day. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and take only the powder.
