Claims
Fodmix contains the Alpha-galactosidase enzyme, which aids in the digestion of complex carbohydrates such as fructans and galactans. These are found in grains, vegetables, and legumes, and it reduces the risk of gas formation*. Fodmix contains the lactase enzyme, which aids in the digestion of lactose for individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. *Health claim awaiting European approval.

Ingredients
Alpha galactosidase (1200u), xylose isomerase (7500u), capsule: stabiliser (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), lactase (10,000 FCC), bulking agent (calcium carbonate), invertase (500u).
Usage
Take 1-3 capsules immediately before or with the first bite of a complex carbohydrate and/or lactose-containing meal. Do not exceed 15 capsules per day. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and take only the powder.
