HPMC (capsule). Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. 10 billion CFU* per capsule at production time. *CFU: Colony Forming Units

Usage
This product is the replacement for DISOLUT Disolact Once-a-day.

Take one capsule daily with some water at a fixed time. Use for at least five days before expecting an effect. The effect lasts as long as you continue taking one capsule daily.
