Usage
Place the panty liner inside your panties, folding the wings outward and then inward again. This will help the panty liner stay in place. Change the panty liner every 4-5 hours, or when it's saturated. It's best to rinse the panty liner after use and then store it in a wet bag until you wash it. You can also choose to put it in a wet bag immediately after use and pre-rinse it in the washing machine when it's time to wash it. However, this does increase the risk of staining.
Washing instructions:
When using the panty liner for the first time, wash it before use. Machine wash the thong at 60°C. Afterward, they can be tumble dried. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. This will reduce the panty liner's absorbency.
