Directions for use
Roll the earplug between your thumb and fingers and compress it into a smooth, thin cylinder. Reach over your head and gently pull your ear upwards and outwards to insert the earplug correctly. Insert the compressed, round earplug firmly into your ear canal. The tip should go in first. Hold the earplug in place while it expands. When properly inserted, it should not protrude from your ear.
This product is designed to protect against harmful noise. Earplugs should be worn continuously in noisy environments. These earplugs are disposable. Replace dirty or damaged earplugs.
