Where Ice Power is applied, it gets cold from the outside in, and then, as a reaction, warm from the inside out. After a few minutes, one experiences a pleasant warmth, while the area of application feels cold from the outside. Ice Power locally lowers the temperature by approximately 5 to 6 °C within a few minutes. The reduced temperature is maintained for at least 3 hours and penetrates very deeply into muscles and joints. The cold numbs the pain, while the warmth ensures better blood circulation and recovery.
