Ingredients

Fruit juice from concentrate (cherry, red beet (20%), apple (19%)), water, extract of: rosehip, chamomile, lemon balm, couch grass root, horsetail; fructose, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), iron-II-gluconate (iron), thickeners: guar gum, locust bean gum, pectin; natural flavors, nicotinamide (niacin), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Instructions for use

Shake well before use. Measuring spoon included.

Recommended daily dose
Pregnant women - 25 ml
Breastfeeding mothers - 15 ml
Children aged 7-9 years - 10 ml
Girls aged 10-12 years - 10 ml
Boys aged 10-12 years - 10 ml
Girls aged 13 and older, women up to 64 years - 15 ml
Women aged 65 and older - 10 ml
Boys aged 13 and older, adolescent young men and adult men - 10 ml

Take approximately 1 hour before a meal to prevent other foods from adversely affecting iron absorption.

Storage advice
Once opened, can be kept for eight weeks. After opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator, out of reach of young children.
