Myrrh tree (cammiphora mukul)	651 mg
Black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula)	130.2 mg
Terminalia belerica	130.2 mg
Indian gooseberry (emblica officinalis)	130.2 mg
Long pepper (piper longum)	130.2 mg

Ingredients
Myrrh tree, black myrobalan, terminalia belerica, Indian gooseberry, long pepper, calcium carbonate, talc, gum acacia, silica, shellac and magnesium stearate.

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets 3 times a day with warm water.
Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not take immediately before or after a meal.
Dirnk 2 - 3 times a day with 1 glass of warm water.

Storage instructions
Store dry, closed and at room temperature.
