Use
After brushing and flossing, rinse the tongue cleaner thoroughly with clean water. Stick out your tongue. Place the tongue cleaner at the back of the tongue and scrape the tongue while moving the tongue cleaner forward. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, rinse the tongue cleaner thoroughly with warm water.
