Cherry pits have the unique property of retaining heat for a long time.
The pillow conforms to your body and emits a pleasant warmth. Hittepit® gives you a relaxed feeling, a boon for body and mind. Use Hittepit® wherever relaxing warmth is desired. The pillow can help relax your shoulders, back or neck. You can also use Hittepit® for extra warmth during hand, foot or body treatments.

Ingredients
Outer pillow: 100% cotton Filling: 100% cherry pits.

Use
The pillow should be warmed in the microwave for a maximum of 2.5 minutes
at 700 W. If your microwave has a different power, the heating time should be
adjusted as follows:
Power in watts - Heating time
700 W - Max. 2.5 min.
800 W - Max. 2 min.
900 W - Max. 1.5 min.
1,000 W - Max. 1 min.

Tip: you can also use your Hittepit® as a cold compress. Place a plastic bag around the pillow before putting it in the freezer compartment or freezer. After a few hours, the Hittepit provides ideal cooling.

12-step plan for using your Hittepit correctly:
1. Make sure the microwave is clean and grease-free before heating the pillow.
2. Check the power of the microwave.
3. Adjust the heating time to the power of the microwave according to the table shown above.
4. Remove all pillowcases or towels covering the pillow.
5. Moisten the pillow with water. The pillow is better too damp than too dry!
6. Place the pillow on a plate in the center of the microwave. Make sure the pillow does not touch the sides of the microwave and that the turntable is not blocked.
7. Make sure that other functions of the microwave are switched off, such as the grill or convection function.
8. Heat the pillow while staying near the microwave and keep an eye on the heating time.
9. Turn the pillow over halfway through the heating time.
10. Check the temperature of the pillow before use. Both when heating and cooling. Shake the pillow briefly before use.
11. Never reheat the pillow immediately after it has been warmed.
12. Wait at least two hours before reheating the pillow and check that it has completely cooled down.

Warnings
Before using the pillow, you must carefully read the following instructions
and follow them to ensure safety and to enjoy the
Hittepit®. Following the instructions prevents fire and other
damage from overheating and drying out.

• This product is only suitable for the microwave.
• Do not allow children or inexperienced persons to heat the pillow.
• Always remove the grill from the microwave before heating the pillow.
• Every microwave can have hotspots. Turn the pillow over halfway through the specified time for optimal energy distribution/heating.
• You should no longer use the pillow if it has been damaged by overheating or other improper use!
• Exceeding the heating time or setting the power (watts) too high does not lead to longer heat emission, but can lead to scorching and fire damage.
• The pillow should never be used unsupervised with babies and children and by persons whose reaction time is limited.
• Do not use if there are symptoms of inflammation. Persons with
diabetes, circulatory, sensory, neurological problems or
people with temperature sensitivity should not use this product.
• Do not use Hittepit® as a substitute for medical treatment.
• Always keep these instructions for use with the pillow.
• Do not wash Hittepit® in the washing machine. To clean, you can wipe the pillow with a damp cloth.
• If Hittepit® is contaminated (e.g. by grease), it is damaged and you should no longer
use it. Dispose of the pillow immediately! Dispose of with household waste.
• With intensive use, replace the pillow regularly with a new one.
• In case of overheating, allow to cool to room temperature and check the seams.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
