Feeding schedule
Always use 1 scoop (4.3 g) for 30 ml of water.
Age: 1st-2nd week*; Water: 60 ml; Scoops: 2; Number of bottles per 24h: 7-8
Age: 3-4 weeks; Water: 90 ml; Scoops: 3; Number of bottles per 24h: 5-7
Age: 5-8 weeks; Water: 120 ml; Scoops: 4; Number of bottles per 24h: 5-6
Age: 3-4 months; Water: 150 ml; Scoops: 5; Number of bottles per 24h: 5

**From the 5th month, in consultation with your doctor, you can start with solid food and porridge. For each new solid meal, a bottle feeding must be omitted. The recommended drinking amount and the number of servings per day are guidelines.
Your child does not necessarily have to drink the entire bottle.
Preparation advice
Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the feeding bottle, teat, and ring for 10 minutes in boiling water.
1 Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to approximately 40°-50°C*.
2 Pour the cooled water in the correct amount into the bottle.
3 Fill the measuring spoon loosely and level it off. Add the recommended amount of milk powder to the feeding bottle.
4 Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
5 Let cool to drinking temperature (approximately 37°C). Check the temperature. Now it's ready!
*To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid bacteria, it is advisable not to pour boiling water over the milk powder.
